I am a Quality Engineer, leader, mentor and speaker. I work with quality strategy, automation, AI systems and professional development. My career has taken me across different products, contexts and countries, always with the goal of turning testing into confidence for the people who build and use software.

EXPERIENCE
A career that does not fit into a list of tools.
I have worked with quality across different layers of software, including web, backend, mobile and embedded systems. Along the way, automation stopped being the goal and became one of the tools I use to answer bigger questions: where is the risk, what level of confidence do we need to build, and how should quality contribute to engineering decisions?
Today, my work also involves AI-assisted Software Engineering and the challenge of testing systems whose behaviour is not always deterministic.
Engineering
My work spans quality strategy, automation, APIs, backend, mobile and AI systems, always aiming to turn testing into useful feedback for engineering decisions.
Leadership
I have built and developed QA teams, structured quality functions and processes, and supported professionals in their growth within teams.
Education
Teaching has been part of my journey, from teams and higher education to mentoring, training and Expert QA Academy programmes.
SPEAKING
I enjoy stepping onto stages to share ideas and turn experiences into interesting conversations for other professionals.
Exploratory testing, risk, evaluation, hallucinations, prompts and confidence in non-deterministic systems appear in different ways across the talks I bring to communities and conferences.
