The work starts before the conversation, with an initial assessment. During the session, we explore your context in more depth, identify the factors that are most limiting your progress and organise an action plan.
Initial assessment + individual session of approximately 75 minutes + next-steps action plan.
QA Sprint Mentoring
A short, focused mentoring programme for professionals who already have a specific goal and need direction, execution, feedback and adjustments along the way.
The goal is not to teach the content of a course in 30 days. It is to work towards a real objective, whether technical, professional or career-related, and use the sessions to accelerate decisions and execution.
30 days of individual mentoring with 3 sessions.
Ongoing Mentoring
Medium and longer-term mentoring programmes for QA professionals who want to work on their development with greater depth, continuity and room to act, receive feedback and adjust the path.
The purpose is to support a phase of your career over several weeks or months, with regular sessions and decisions grounded in your real professional context.
Complete Mentoring: 8 weekly 60-minute sessions. Continuous Mentoring: 12 fortnightly 60-minute sessions.
