ONGOING MENTORING
Mentoring for professionals who want to develop their QA career with greater depth and continuity.
Some professional changes need time to take shape. Ongoing Mentoring is for QA professionals who want to work on decisions, technical development, positioning or career progression over several weeks or months, with room to act, receive feedback, adjust the strategy and keep moving forward.
When you need support to develop as you move forward.
Some professional goals are not resolved through a single decision. They require execution, observation, feedback and adjustments as new situations emerge.
Ongoing Mentoring makes sense when you want to work through a phase of your career in greater depth and have room to review the path throughout the process.
We may work on areas such as:
- career development or repositioning;
- technical development and prioritisation;
- moving into automation or new areas of Quality Engineering;
- preparation for recruitment processes and international opportunities;
- professional positioning, CV, LinkedIn, GitHub or portfolio;
- progression into leadership or new responsibilities;
- organising study plans and projects;
- decisions that arise during an important phase of your career.
It is not a sequence of lessons. It is mentoring built around your context.
We start by understanding where you are, what you want to develop and which decisions or changes need to happen.
From there, we structure the mentoring and use the sessions to review progress, discuss obstacles, review materials, make decisions and adjust the next steps.
During the mentoring you will have:
- individual 60-minute sessions;
- definition of objectives and priorities;
- a development plan adapted to your context;
- support for execution between sessions;
- feedback on materials related to your objectives;
- strategy adjustments as new information and situations emerge;
- asynchronous support for questions related to the mentoring.
The mentoring does not follow a fixed curriculum. Topics and activities are defined according to each professional's objectives, context and progress.
Two formats for different moments and needs.
Both programmes start from your context and the objectives that make sense for where you are now. The difference is the amount of time available to support execution, decisions and development.

The prices are shown so you can assess from the beginning whether the investment makes sense for your current situation. Euro values are approximate references and may vary depending on the exchange rate at the time of contracting. The mentoring programme is not purchased directly from this page: first, we have a brief conversation to understand your objective and confirm whether mentoring is the right format for you.
Experience to help you look at decisions from different angles.
I have worked in software quality for nearly 20 years, across different products, companies, technologies, responsibilities and stages of my career.
Along the way, I have also built and developed teams, taught professionals, worked in leadership and supported people at different stages of their QA careers.
In mentoring, that experience is not used to give you a fixed formula. It is there to ask better questions, bring useful references, challenge some decisions and help you build a path that makes sense for your context.
FAQ
What is the difference between Complete Mentoring and Continuous Mentoring?
Complete Mentoring includes 8 weekly sessions over approximately 8 weeks and is designed for professionals who want to work on their development with intensity and continuity. Continuous Mentoring includes 12 fortnightly sessions over approximately 6 months. It provides a longer period of support, allowing us to review priorities and work on decisions and new objectives that emerge during that time.
What is the difference between QA Sprint Mentoring and these programmes?
QA Sprint Mentoring lasts 30 days, includes three sessions and focuses on one specific objective. Complete Mentoring and Continuous Mentoring are designed for situations that need more time for execution, feedback and adjustment.
Do I need to complete the Career Assessment first?
No. The Career Assessment is a separate offer and can be useful when you still need to organise priorities or decide which direction to take. If you already know that you need longer-term support, we can talk directly about mentoring.
Are the sessions individual and online?
Yes. All sessions are one-to-one and held online.
How long is each session?
Each session lasts 60 minutes.
What happens between sessions?
You continue working on what we have defined and can use asynchronous support for questions and feedback related to the objectives being addressed in the mentoring.
Will I receive a fixed curriculum?
No. Mentoring is not a course. Topics and activities are defined according to your objectives, context and progress throughout the programme.
How do I join?
The first step is a brief conversation. You choose the programme that seems closest to what you need and contact me. We will discuss your objective, answer questions and confirm whether the format is suitable before moving forward with the engagement.
Want to understand which mentoring format makes sense for your current situation?
If you are still unsure whether Complete Mentoring or Continuous Mentoring is the better fit, we can briefly discuss your context before any commitment.
